ACTIVE TOUR ALERT
This is an active adventure, designed to immerse you in the unique flora and fauna of the Galapagos Islands. To fully experience this, you will need to disembark the yacht each day and participate in nature walks. Our yacht will anchor at each site, and you will be transported ashore by dinghy. The trails are typically unpaved, mostly flat, and traverse uneven ground. While the majority of the paths are manageable, some islands may feature low hills that require a bit more effort. Participation in these excursions is optional, and you are welcome to remain on board the yacht or join a dinghy trip if you would prefer a more relaxed way to enjoy the marine life without snorkeling.
DIETARY CONSIDERATIONS
All dietary requirements can be accommodated on this tour, although we cannot always guarantee a wide range of options for all needs.
OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES
We work hard to create unique itineraries for each experience. You are under no obligation to participate in all scheduled activities on the itinerary, so long as your choices do not affect group activities, transportation or schedule.
While you’re free to explore other activities outside of those that we’ve curated, you agree The Women’s Travel Tribe is not responsible for these activities - we make no representation about the safety or quality of the activities or operators.
RESPECTING THE ENVIRONMENT
The Galapagos Islands have strict environmental regulations that all visitors must follow to preserve this pristine ecosystem. Please be mindful of these guidelines: dispose of trash properly, stay on marked trails, follow the instructions of your guide, and always respect the surrounding nature. Your cooperation is essential to protecting the islands for future generations.
LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
The Women’s Travel Tribe and travel partners shall not be liable for the following:
Expenses (transportation, meals, hotels) not included in the tour but necessary to reach the meeting point or to leave the arranged end point of the tour.
Any damages, expenses or inconveniences caused by airline late departures or schedule changes.
Loss or damage to baggage or personal belongings outside of the tour dates.
Necessary itinerary changes due to circumstances outside the control of the organizers.
Damage or injury to belongings or participants as a result of the physical activity performed during the trip, the consumption of alcohol, breakage of equipment and materials or for any other reason which, within the limits of professional diligence, could not have been foreseen or resolved.
COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS
We value your feedback and we want to make sure we provide a positive, safe trip for you and your fellow travelers. We will work hard to address any issues that arise before, during and after a trip.
